I really like the interesting angles that are created in this style of art and I think that the incorporation of diverging angles coupled with varied color schemes creates a visual texture. Typeface can be implemented in many different ways and I am looking at maybe using the lines to guide the type along the shapes created within a design similar to these.
For the Plakastil I was thinking more along the lines of a advertisement for a travel agency or an airline in the style of a poster or postcard. This would be made using flat colors and a minimal color scheme. I found these
